My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. On the positive side, the rooms were quite comfortable with excellent pillows and good climate control. However, there was a slight smell in the room, and I noticed a broken latch on the door that didn't make me feel very secure. The service was friendly and responsive, but there were some issues with the location that made me a bit uneasy. The dining experience had its ups and downs, but overall, it was satisfying. The facilities were decent, but there were some areas that could definitely be improved.
